From where are your products shipped?

All of our products are shipped from Hong Kong.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped out by the shipping carrier. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Within 5-7 business days of placing your order, your package will be scanned at the carrier's sorting facility. You will then receive an e-mail from us containing your package’s tracking information.

Is shipping free?

Free global express shipping is provided.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

No, all customs and taxes are prepaid and included in the price.

My order is a gift - can you remove the invoice from the package?

Yes, we can remove the invoice. You can let us know to remove the invoice in the Order Notes section on the Cart page.

Nevertheless, an itemized delivery note is included with all of our orders. This document does not include any pricing information. We ask that you hold onto this slip, as the information it contains will help us to look up your order in the event that the order needs to be returned or a warranty claim processed.
